After nearly losing his life to foil a terror plot that threatened to be the worst since September 11th, former IRA volunteer, Declan McIver, is laying low in rural Ireland and awaiting the birth of his first child. To finally clear his name, Declan has agreed to a meeting with American and British dignitaries—risking both his and his wife's safety as he exposes himself once again to the world. But when bombs go off in Northern England and Declan's old friend, MI5 officer Shane O'Reilly, goes missing, Declan finds himself trapped in the middle of another shadowy plot.
