Rudy and the Magic Sleigh

As the customers come into the Red Pig Cafe, home of Rudy the Red Pig, Rudy hears them all talking about the sights, sounds, smells, etc. of Christmas. He uses all his senses to try to figure out what Christmas is but through the story of a wise elderly customer, he discovers that Christmas is love and it lives in our hearts all the time.

This is a wonderful way to get children past the commercialism of Christmas as they learn the real meaning of the season. The story is told in such a manner that it can be used in public schools as well as Christian schools.
