Rodney Meets A Dog for the First Time

Rodney is a brown and black tabby cat with a perfectly straight tail which hooks over at the top like an upside-down coat hook, so no matter where he is hiding, his tail gives him away. Rodney lives in the countryside surrounded by green fields and many temptations. Rodney is keen to explore everything and his curiosity quite often gets him into trouble. He is owned and looked after by Mr and Mrs Appleyard, who, despite their despair, are completely charmed by him. This book tells the story of one of his many adventures and his knack of always being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
