Blair Marshall left her hot summer fling behind when her best friend revealed the existence of shifters and how Fate chose the one person meant for them.  She backed out of there so fast, she'd kicked up dust behind her.

Noah Greer ached for his mate to return to Firebrook. He had his work cut out for him just to get her to listen, convincing her that Fate wasn't in control.  But that wasn't his only obstacle.  She didn't come back to Firebrook for him.
