Eli and his band certainly never expected to make it to the final showdown of Hold That Note, but here they are, looking and acting and feeling more rockstarish than they could have ever imagined. Winning would surely mean an abundance of opportunities in the music business. But it would also probably mean an ongoing separation from Kass. While Eli wrestles with stardom, Kass finally finds her grounding—with her family, with college options, and with a variety of possibilities for her future calling. The only thing is, maybe none of them will align with Eli's superstar world. Family comes in all shapes and sizes, they're both starting to learn, and what it means to have a place to fit in may supersede all of their preconceived expectations.
