Rise of the Tudors

England, finally at peace after years of civil war, is rocked by the news of the death of its king, Edward IV. His son, Edward V, is yet but a mere lad and incapable of overcoming the powerful forces of intrigue rising against him. Richard, his uncle and erstwhile protector, seizes the throne for himself and is crowned king of all England. But his unhappy reign does not go unchallenged. Gathering support in France, Henry Tudor intends to wrest the kingship from Richard III's hands. The crown of England hangs in the balance as all roads lead to Bosworth field and an appointment with destiny.
