Rise of the Fallen

Society has fallen, crumbling amid the failed plans of a man named Hope. Beasts from Hell run rampant upon the green hills once denied to them, feasting upon life, awaiting their time of dominance, the time when the Fallen, led by Lucifer, achieve utter victory. That time draws near. But Jake battles on. He holds plans of his own, a tenuous strategy which will determine the future of all mankind. Together with his followers he must trek across a globe bereft of technology, discovering mysteries both incredible and terrifying, in a last desperate attempt to close the gates of Hell once and for all. And behind everything lurks the enigmatic assassin named Vain. Within him dwells something so devastating even the Fallen cower from it. In the end will he prove to be Jake's ally... or the greatest enemy of all?
