Katie Jackson just can't understand why real life can't be as romantic as her favorite soap opera, where the heroine falls in and out of love every week. On a visit to her cousin Shanna in Minnesota, Katie decides it's time for Shanna to fall in love, too. She's even found the perfect boy for her — tall, gorgeous Earl Cooper. Katie's sure it will be the romance of the century!
