The Buckingham-Brown series of historical romances cross the Atlantic between the wilds of America and the ballrooms of English society, following the fortunes of the Buckingham-Brown's extended family and their friends. Lance Buckingham-Brown was the son and heir of the Earl of Edesbury. His father had met and married his mother, a Cherokee girl, while adventuring across the wilds of America. Whilst working as a wagon scout on the Oregon Trail he fell in love, and was faced with the dilemma of reconciling his two worlds.
