Kitty Appleton thought she had an idyllic life in the tiny coastal town of Rock Bottom, Maine until her husband of twenty-eight years left her for a younger woman. Two years and ten thousand tears later, Kitty is tired of the pitying glances from friends and neighbors who believe she's still pining for the happily re-married Bill.
