Jonathon Woodville is in a small town in Pennsylvania to discover why unsanctioned vampires are appearing. As a cover, he's agreed to provide reindeer sleigh rides for the Christmas celebration. His friend Kris Kringle is more than happy to provide him with the sleigh and reindeer he needs—not the Christmas Eve team, but Kris does have quite a few reindeer.

Henrietta Carver won big with the lottery so she's determined that every child in her town has a wonderful Christmas. She's hired a man with reindeer to give sleigh rides. Bad news—Henrietta has an inoperable brain tumor and may not live to celebrate Christmas.

Jonathon becomes Henrietta's dark knight by saving her from a disgruntled beau. It doesn't take long before they're exploring the hot and instantaneous attraction between them, disrupted only slightly by Jonathon's search for the renegade vampires.
