Luther Ewing. Luther is struggling to fight the good fight -- staying cool, taking his prescription meds to keep him from going off the deep end, becoming a good cop. But when some ruthless Russian mobsters start moving heavy drugs into the Baltimore area, Luther's dark past comes back to haunt him. Smearing on the war paint once more, Luther must go back in-country to take out Vassily, an old mercenary comrade -- by himself, on his own terms -- bringing down a red rain of vengeance the only way he knows how, even though it goes against everything his badge stands for.
