Red Dreams

A city caged off from the rest of the world. The city of Sunrise. Nearly everyone has been killed off by a horrifying new disease. It's remaining inhabitants are going completely insane. Boredom can lead you down dangerous roads. They are trapped by an enormous barrier around the perimeter of the entire city. The government has abandoned them. They watch but they don't intervene. They give them no aid. The military guns down anyone who tries to escape. Gunmen patrol day in and day out. Helicopters roam the skies. But the people are on their own. All the survivors can do is destroy themselves. All the while, they have to watch for the plague known as the Red Dream.
