Red Cherry Summer ( by Barbara Ovstedal

Nicola Taverner gets the chance to travel to Copenhagen for the summer with Jonathan Cooper and a party of other students. She is made welcome by Jens Thordahl and his beautiful wife Agnete, but in their country home her romance with Jonathan is made complicated by Andrew Macdonald, who works on their fruit farm. Nicola soon becomes aware that she has been caught up with all of them in a strange web of entanglement from which there is no escape. It is a totally unexpected twist of events which finally forces her into making the most important decision of her life. Her fate and that of the harvest become linked together in the dramatic climax at Red Cherry Farm.
