What is wrong with the boy android? First he disrupts a whole theater by jumping up on stage and acting out the movie. Then he reprograms games at the video arcade so all the quarters come pouring out. And he's acting really weird around Erin. She just wants to get closer to him, and Chip has sent her away in tears!

Something really strange is going on! Chip's pranks are getting more and more serious—he even burns down an abandoned shed and steals items from a drug store. Chip and his sister Becky don't have much time to figure out what's going on —or Chip may be shut off forever!
