Receive Ye the Violent Boys

Sacramentos FBI chief, David Prichard, is sent a recording with an announcement which states, 10 California Youth Authority wards have been killed. Subsequent investigation, led by Jill Fonteyn, discovers it could be possible over a period of many years, and no law enforcement agency know about it. More recordings are received with the voices of wards from the CYA, voices that confess their own crimes of brutal murder. This fascinating, yet revolting killer, describes himself, and names himself, "Evolving." The story unfolds that life for those wards inside the CYA institutions can sometimes, be quite harsh. It is the young predators who feast upon the weak and disadvantaged. It is Evolving, who preys upon the predators.
