Rebecca and Mom: Friends Forever

Rebecca and Mom: Friends Forever continues the story about Rebecca that was begun in book one, God's Little Lake: Max and Me. In that book, Rebecca is in second through eighth grades and makes friends with a giant Canada goose at their lake home in Carmel Valley, California. In this second book, Rebecca, Mom, and Beauregard, their puppy, go to France for the two months before Rebecca enters high school. Mom is from the Loire Valley, south of Paris, France. They travel there every summer, but this trip is different. They have a big decision to make. Mom is the sole heir of Chateau Beauredeaux and the entire estate, and Rebecca is her sole heir.
