Raven's Call

Raven's gifts were overwhelming. Unfortunately he wasn't aware yet. Two years as a homeless invisible orphan left its mark. Everyone believed he'd perished in the tram wreck, so when they found him... lets just say it was quite the surprise! They’re hidden, and want to keep it that way. In the past (1500’s â€" late 1700’s), there were sects of people who hunted them (witch burning etc.) reference... see Joan of Arch. Being barbecued in public was an effective deterrent to a loose tongue. A subgroup or super-group of people... it all depends on how you look at it. Not defined by race, sex, or age. But defined by faith. They were know of as the “Whispered.” Were they like superheros or something? Not really. People mistakenly believed they have powers. And in a way they do. But mostly these “powers” can't be used for their benefit. They were only a conduit for the Power of God to do the miraculous on the “willing” recipient. They were very rare in past years, but becoming more common lately.
