Raising the Bar

William Smith and Jennifer Monroe have been dating for the better part of a year.Each Saturday when they go out, Bill leaves his two children;William and Carol Anne with Jennifer's sitter;Stacy and Jennifer's two children; Alex and Elizabeth. Over the past year, Bill and Jennifer's relationship has grown by leaps and bounds but as they approach their first anniversary together,Bill decides that it's time to raise the stakes on his and Jennifer Monroe's relationship,but will he decide to finally "pop the question", and ask for Jennifer's hand-in-marriage; giving Billy and Carol Anne the Mommy they've always desired?
