Aided by the Black Prince and the Monster from Manchester, a coalition of Saxons, the Dutch East India Company, the Hanseatic League, the Batavia Republic, Baltic tribes, and Scandia kingdoms have united to bombard London and cripple the world's only superpower in an eerie echo of the Great Conspiracy of 367. Dutch, an old war buddy of Magnus Maximus, has organized 100,000 warriors in 1000 warships to surprise and sink the Royal Navy at anchor at night, while thousands of desperate assassins try killing Max and Magnus in their sleep.
