It's been three years after Owen Grey's trip to Earth and much has changed. Now 20, Owen has given up the rebellious antics of his youth for a job assisting Reed Shepherd and Gina Kelly on a project to expand the colony. His sister Blake is getting married to local "Golden Boy" Parker Sheraton, and the upcoming Commander Election is shaping up to be a family affair. However, all is not what it seems. Behind the façade of expanding the colony, the ESB, led by Owen's sinister Uncle Ernie, has a secret agenda that reaches far beyond space exploration for a "better future." As their mysterious intentions come to Owen's attention, he's faced with daunting questions that could lead him back to Earth and throw into jeopardy his loyalty to his family, friends, and put the very future of Wilson Harvest into question.
