Each year Sam's boss, Andrew, holds an island retreat for any employee that can get to his mansion at Key West. Sam and his wife, Emma, have attended every year. This year is different, however, as Sam is struggling to hit his sales goals. Emma grew up poor and believes something must be done, and soon. Offshore, a storm grows stronger. While Emma takes matters into her own hands, a hurricane slams the island.
