All high spirited Chelsea Hogan wanted to do was to win the Oklahoma Land Run race on her speedy paint pony, find a pretty spot beside a running river, and homestead her land in peace. She had no time for run-ins with outlaws or the arrogant, gun-toting detective, Mitch Bryant, who offered her a kiss in return for information. What nerve! She was darned if she'd let the handsome lawman know how that first caress made her heart pound!
