Small pooches mean big problems for Bella and her mum at Dream Dogs pooch parlour!

Bella is determined to come up with a plan to help raise the money to buy a special and VERY expensive new bath so that even the littlest pooches can get pampered to perfection at her mum's grooming parlour.

With the help of her best friend Amber and the owner of a gorgeous little Yorkshire Terrier called Poppy, Bella starts up a doggy dress-up photo booth in the local shopping centre. However, nothing quite goes according to plan and it takes a very hairy fairy to save the day!
