To pretty, caring Philadelphia O'Neil, playboy politician Morgan Stewart II got by on his good looks and good genes. So she decided to make sure his actions spoke as loud as his words by challenging him to a dare: if Morgan would spend time working in her homeless shelter, she'd stop making wisecracks about him to the press.
