Peter, the Pole and the Knob

Peter Michael Henderson is a bench warmer in the Millard baseball Little league. He has visions of hitting imaginary balls and scoring runs for his team but his visions are mostly fantasies until he gets up in a difficult situation in which he can either be the hero or the villian. Instead of his moment of glory, Peter sustains a life threatening injury and he gives up hope of ever having a meaningful life. Just at the time Peter wants to give up, his younger sister Alicia decides to provide Peter with some rather unorthodox therapy in the form of tough sister love. Alicia's interventions turn Peter's world upside down and force him into a world he never could have imagined for himself.
