Police diver Kerrigan Doyle has the opportunity to prove herself as a cop by partnering with celebrated detective Arlo Prescott. A grisly discovery on a shipwreck in the middle of a storm points to a new crime syndicate in the city. Kerrigan's plan to pose as Arlo's girlfriend gets the two of them closer to solving the mystery, but their unexpected chemistry starts to bring them together in a more physical way.
