Two years after a mysterious bag lady bestows on her the gift of two gold rings entwined, Callie Dailie arrives in a small mountain town called Cherrywood. Walking through the trails behind the cabin she's come to call home, she stumbles upon a stranger - an old man named Thomas Yellow Feather. Slowly, he reveals the true meaning of the rings and Callie's destiny begins to unfold. Together they journey to a sacred place hidden inside a mountain cavern, a place Yellow Feather had lived to protect for almost thirty years where ancient paintings on the walls tell the story of Forever One. Yet, the future of the cavern is set to disappear beneath the insatiable hunger of land vultures and the heavy fist of progress. In the old one's eyes, he believes Callie's arrival was a sign that his life's work was not in vain, that she and the one she has come to find, hold the key to saving the cavern and everything it stands for.
