Dog-mad Bella, her mum and little brother Louie move to Sandymouth where they plan to set up a glamorous new grooming parlour called Dream Dogs.

Despite working really hard to get everything looking perfect for the Grand Opening, Bella is really worried that the parlour won't be finished in time!

To make things worse, Bella's little dog gets covered in pink paint and when they try to wash him he runs away…
