Peacemaker

It's called Peacemaker, a state-of-the-art, top-secret military satellite. Enlisted as information officer on the flagship launch is Naval Lieutenant Alan Craik. But the honor is overshadowed by the news that his best friend, CIA agent Harry O'Neill, has been kidnapped in Central Africa--on the eve of a Rwandan uprising. Craik's first mission: rescue. But stranded in the middle of the war-torn continent, pursued by cold-blooded mercenaries, Craik and O'Neill face an overwhelming cross-country escape.
