She was over the top by anyone's standard. A carnival beauty in need of Packard Mann's services. A biker gang has stolen her daughter and the cops won't help. Her need comes at a tough time for Pack. Both Manta and Rita are in the east being trained by the FBI. He is joined by a well-trained former Bureau agent, Anita Saunders, and his two most reliable friends, Goodwin Harper and Tiger Fat Choy. The next few weeks turn out to be anything but predictable as they go up against a gang calling themselves The Spiritual Devils. It isn't long before people are found dead or shot up and the quartet searches for ways to counter the Devils' murderous acts. To make things worse, Pack finds himself feeling personal vibrations for his female counterpart. He realizes what he feels is because he misses Manta and her not being next to him throughout the dangerous escapade that he and the others face on a daily basis.
