Sarah was stranded alone in the Canadian wilderness with a disturbing stranger who refused to reveal anything about his background or livelihood. He'd said only one reassuring thing to her, "You're not the type that appeals to me."

At least he wouldn't be making any unwelcome advances. She'd come west precisely to get away from the glamorous model-girl image that had left the real Sarah Moore with little room to breathe.

Gradually, though, it began to matter very much to Sarah that Jacoby find her attractive . . . but he was such an enigmatic man, could she ever trust him?
