It's the other side of sunset!' someone exclaimed in horror when Sue told them she was going to work - as secretary-companion - at Carriganor station in the middle of the Australian Outback for a year. But Sue was sure she could manage to last out that long - after all, she had a very good reason for doing it: the money she earned would give her the trip to Europe that she always dreamed about. However, when she actually got to Carriganor, and met her impossible, demanding, overbearing employer, the strange Mrs Lovett, she began to wonder - until she met Tony Downing and fell in love with him. But how long would it take Mrs Lovett to put a stop to that?
