One Random Act of Violence

 A career thief, Adam has never been caught or even suspected of a burglary. But that could change when Darla, his former partner, recognizes him during a random robbery at a local store. Adam has been looking for her for quite a while and expects her to pay a debt he thinks she owes him. Without considering the consequences when Darla refuses to leave with him, Adam kidnaps her along with another customer, Anna, who he threatens with violence if Darla doesn't cooperate. He forces the women to accompany him as he disappears into the wilderness but soon realizes taking Anna was a mistake. Although he's never killed anyone, Anna must be eliminated. He just isn't sure how.  His intention for Darla, however, is different. He intends to keep her around long enough for her to replace his son, the one he's convinced she killed.
