On Grace's Shoulders

This story is set in the late-1700's, in the Province of Maine. The series began with the hanging of Grace's mother, Ruth in book one, 'Regarding Ruth'. The story continued with the tragic lives of Ruth's daughters in book two, 'In Ruth's Memory'. This tale focuses on the next generation of Ruth's descendants in East Grantham.
