Ten years have passed since an unknown alien species invaded Earth. Hundreds of unmanned alien weapons platforms armed with deadly nanogens were unleashed throughout the solar system....

infected Earth's, soldiers--dissolving their body tissue as fast as cybernetic implants can replace it.

Nanogen Number 16
infected Earth's children--granting life until they reach age thirty, when their bodies will rot away.

Dr. Alex Denyer has been deactivating the remaining platforms, hoping to contain the nanogens and find a cure for those already afflicted--including his son. But the aliens are not done with their victims. The first weapons platform to enter the solar system in a decade has arrived--larger than any that preceded it and carrying an endless supply of nanogens.

And it's heading toward Earth....
