Oliver Dibbs and the Dinosaur Cause

Everyone in Ollie's fifth grade class is desperate for some excitement to liven up a long, cold January. And once again, it's Oliver Dibbs to the rescue! Ollie's great idea to study dinosaurs turns into a sensation when he launches a campaign to have Stegosaurus named the official state fossil and the whole school rushes to support the "Steggy" bill. Everyone, that is, except the class bully, Lester Philpott, whose mean and jealous pranks almost sabotage the whole idea—until Ollie finds a way for Lester to play a very big part in his plans.
