Struggling with the conflicting feelings she harbors for her absent, enigmatic neighbor, Sawyer, she searches for meaning in a world that seems to offer none. Now with fractured memories and a forgotten past, Liv awakens in a forgotten kingdom, Lux, inhabited by Vampyr, magical sorceresses, and humans: all of whom believe she is the next queen destined to rule on a continent of tense rival kingdoms. Torn between the fragmented pieces of her identity and the unsettling allure of their king, she must navigate a realm of ancient politics, shadowed love, and dangerous bargains. As she battles to reclaim her lost memories and redefine her purpose, Liv faces an impossible choice: trust the cold Vampyr King to help break her curse or flee.
