Nurse Autumn's Secret Love

When young Dr. Matthew McBain comes to Big Rock Hospital in Dale, Utah, his gruff manner and hot temper cause sparks to fly. Yet Nurse Autumn Dale falls for him in a big way...and, at first, Matthew seems to share her feelings. But Autumn is soon torn between that love and a deep concern for her twin sister April, who--after a harrowing romantic disappointment--is suffering from amnesia. April clearly likes Dr. McBain, and he obviously returns her affection. So Autumn is convinced that the two are in love. After all, doesn't she often hear them talking together in a warm, intimate way? Autumn is determined to do nothing that would threaten her sister's recovery, or well-being.
