Shadows of the past strike us at our worst, and a family divided can cause the universe to crumble.

In the year 2108, the legendary mercenary known only as Rain acting in response to a request from his close personal friend and his partners sister Rebecca, he is tasked with infiltrating a hidden industrial research headquarters to recover a legendary weapons developer by the name of Dr Lucian Mad-Star who is being held hostage by a mysterious unknown terrorist cell.

What should be a run of the mill rescue operation for a solider as skilled as Rain however is about to turn the galaxy inside out as he once again finds himself having to stop a new series of dangerous prototype weapons of mass destruction from triggering the largest full-scale war the galaxy has ever seen....

...Deep within this conflict however Rain is about to have to struggle with a vengeful darkness from his past, out side of the eyes of every day galactic events a shadow war is about to commence.
