Not Too Young to Pray

J.J.'s got a tummy ache, but nothing is working--doctors and medicine just can't cure him. But then his mommy teaches him the power of prayer Training a child in the way of the Lord is not only an instruction from God, but a gift from him. In nurturing our children we must not only live our lives for Christ before them, but teach them how to live their lives for Christ without shame. Teaching them to pray while they are young is a part of this training. Prayer teaches our children how to talk to God and by learning how to communicate with him in their own way; this may prompt them to not only pray for themselves, but also for others.
