About This Book

Calina is a college sophomore raised in foster care in small town Louisiana. She attends a big time University and believes it's her way to achieve a better life and escape her past. When she parties too hard with her new privileged friends, her grades slip. Calina loses her scholarship money and is forced to sit out for a semester. Unable to stay in her dorm, an older college student takes her in and promises to help Calina make, "bank." After taking a job at a Bourbon Street nightclub, she gets more than she could have imagined. Her life now includes drug trafficking, money laundering, and questionable people. Hiding behind Mardi Gras masks, no one is as they seem, not her roommates, her Coast Guard boyfriend, and the club where she works. After being approached by a DEA agent, Calina is put in greater danger when she must go undercover and help take everyone down.
