L.T. McCain finds out why they say “you can’t fight city hall” in the second novel of the L.T. McCain series. It has been over a year since the murder investigation that cost L.T. his job and his girlfriend. Now, the same girl who dumped him for being too dangerous wants him to help her little sister, Jessica. He reluctantly agrees.
