With a history of more than sixty years, Sugarcreek's Ohio Swiss Festival is a highlight of the season. Cheryl Cooper is about to experience for the first time both the celebrations and conundrums that accompany the event. However, someone targets the town's cuckoo clock, and repeated vandalisms threaten to take the shine off the merriment of heritage.
