Someone has framed Matthew Brunner. The authorities believe he's a stone cold killer responsible for the murder of three men in Phoenix, including a powerful drug cartel boss and want him brought to justice.

The cartel just wants him dead and buried and has sent off its most ruthless killer to carry out the hit.
