Mariah Perkins' lunch was interrupted by the sound of her tour bus leaving, and now she was stranded miles from Cancun. So she did what any shy, retiring schoolteacher would do -- she stowed away on the next bus.

Ian Stuart, the renegade tour guide, didn't bother to tell her she'd made a mistake. Suddenly, she was deep in the Yucatan jungle with a one-way ticket to adventure. Ian's idea of a good time included jungle cats, poison darts, dangerous poachers and crooked police.

Mariah knew only one thing for sure. If they got out alive, she'd kill him!
