Suspicions about the existence of a nationwide Satanic "mafia," which deals in drugs, pornography and contract killings, are growing. The atrocities committed by psychopaths and serial killers are being linked to these devil worshipers, but so far no hard evidence exists to indict the cult. The Executioner is asked to find some.
