Naomi and the Secret Message

Readers first met the precocious Naomi on her search for treasure in Naomi and Mrs. Lumbago, which received the Governor General's Literary Award for French text. Now she and her elderly babysitter are back. They've found Mr. Lumbago's treasure hidden in the walls of the apartment. Naomi is overjoyed and promptly dreams up all kinds of ways to spend the loot. Then reality sets in and she and Mrs. Lumbago must decide how to deal with their newfound wealth. When they discover a deforming mirror with a cryptic message on back, their new adventure begins.
