The story of a young boy, his stepsister and her friends who must battle an ancient evil under Mystery Hill--a strange place of ancient ruins inspired by America's Stonehenge in Salem, New Hampshire.

When Jennifer Day, her stepbrother, Kevin, and their recently married parents move to a new town and a new home nestled against Mystery Hill, little do they realize the entire town is riddled with tunnels leading to, and from, massive caverns under Mystery Hill . . . caverns that have not been disturbed for centuries until a scientist, Dr. Fassbinder, started excavating the ruins, blasting through man-made rock walls thousands of years old. Now something moves freely beneath the town, through the cellars of the houses. Something that is lonely . . . and very, very hungry.
