Carissa Stevens is devastated when her boyfriend of sixteen months, popular Glen Matlock, dumps her for a vivacious cheerleader - and right before the Valentine Masquerade. Shy Carissa believes she'll never have another boyfriend. But at her friend Julie's suggestion, Carissa dries her tears and even joins the planning committee for the dance.
